We can assist with the entire implementation process of a new HRIS, including choosing the right vendor, preparing the request for proposal (RFP), extracting data from your current system, verifying new data, training users and post implementation enhancements. Other services can include, but are not limited to, analyzing current Human Resources and Payroll department practices to identify process improvements, writing Standard Operating Procedures, conducting manager and employee user training classes and creating training documents.
